10-hour timelapse of the double mutant Clb2dbΔ, Clb5Δ, which has the destruction box region of the CLB2 gene, on the cell cycle control system in budding yeast. The yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisia, are growing in 2% raffinose, since this mutation is inviable in glucose. The images from two experiments done with Wild-type Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a control are available as CIL:39606-39625 and CIL:39646-39665.
