MODIS_aod_3k_mean.mat is the mean of all MODIS 3K AOD measurements after cloud clearing and quality control have been taken into account. The time period is from January 1st to March 31st, 2016.modeled_bc_columns_EOF_GFED.mat is the daily time series of the modeled BC columns from the EOF and the Hotspot cases from February 1st to March 31st, 2016.Lat_Lon_SEAFire_WRF.mat is the WRF model domain.MOPITT_CO_spatial_temporal.mat contains the daily MOPITT CO data at 700mb, as well as in the vertical over specific domains, after cloud clearing, quality control, and a minimum of 2 layers worth of data have been applied.OMI_NO2_and_EOFs.mat contains EOF1, EOF2, PC1, PC2, and the values of NO2 over space and time.WRF_modeled_bc_daily.mat contains the full 4-dimensional modeled BC fields, for both the EOF and hotspot case.EOF_emissions.rar and Hotspot_emissions.rar contain the emissions of all species required to run WRF for the EOF and hotspot cases respectively.
