Association between latent toxoplasmosis and fertility parameters of men

We studied the prevalence of toxoplasmosis in men with fertility disorders and fertile controls and investigated the possible effect of <i>Toxoplasma</i> infection on semen volume, sperm number, motility, and morphology. The dataset contains variables age, toxoplasma examination results, type of pathology, semen volume, sperm concentration, total sperm count, concentration of progressively motile sperm, concentration of non-progressively motile sperm, concentration of immotile sperm, percentage of sperms with normal form and proportion of progressively motile sperm. It also contains data for testing of <i>Toxoplasma</i> prevalence in groups of men with different types of disorders and averaged sperm parameters in men with more than one sperm analysis.
