ATAC-seq of ICP0-RF mutant HSV-1 (strain 17) infection in WT and IFI16-KO HFF-1 cells

WT and IFI6-KO HFF-1 cells were infected with an ICP0-RF mutant HSV-1 at an MOI of 10 PFU/cell for one, three, or six hours. ATAC-seq was performed, and Illumina libraries were generated. Sequencing was performed at the Princeton University Genomics Core Facility on a NovaSeq 6000 to generate 50 bp paired-end reads.
