资源简介:
This dataset contains aligned MERS-CoV Spike S1 subunit sequences from 272 human and 391 camel isolates, along with comprehensive nucleotide-level analyses of codons corresponding to primary hydrogen-bonding (Y499, D510, E513) and salt-bridge (E536, D537, D539, R542) residues critical for DPP4 binding. Includes raw alignments (.aln), reference sequence, variant frequency tables, and Fisher’s exact test results with FDR correction. This resource enables investigation of host-driven adaptation in zoonotic coronaviruses.
