Oceanographic data collected during the EX1502L3 (Caribbean Exploration (ROV)) expedition on the NOAA Ship OKEANOS EXPLORER in the North Atlantic Ocean from April 9, 2015 - April 30, 2015 (NCEI Accession 0127387)

This was the first cruise to have 12-hour ROV operations. The daily schedule for the cruise was split between daytime ROV operations and nighttime CTD and mapping operations. ROV operations focused in depths >500m and included high-resolution visual surveys. Mapping operations included overnight sub-bottom data collection over key features, multibeam data collection, and water column backscatter data.

本次科考航次为首个开展12小时时长遥控水下机器人（Remotely Operated Vehicle, ROV）作业的航次。该航次的每日作业日程分为日间遥控水下机器人作业与夜间温盐深仪（Conductivity, Temperature, Depth, CTD）探测及地形测绘作业两大板块。遥控水下机器人作业聚焦于水深超过500米的海域，涵盖高分辨率视觉勘测工作。地形测绘作业则包含针对关键海底地貌的夜间浅地层剖面数据采集、多波束测深数据采集以及水体后散射数据采集工作。
