资源简介:
This is the cleaned data and questionnaire (date set in German language, questionnaire both in German and English language) supporting the findings of the paper: Understanding the Drivers of Acceptance Dimensions: A Refined Approach to Modelling the Local Acceptance of Renewable Energies Energy Research & Social Science (currently under review). Our study intends to contribute to the theortical modelling of social acceptance in the context of renewable energie projects (REP) on the one hand. On the other, it aims to derive tangible recommendations for project developers by pointing to the most acceptance-relevant project-related factors.
Specifically, a questionnaire was designed to answer the following questions:
RQ1: Which expectations does the public have of the local construction of wind turbines and PV systems, and how important are the acceptance-relevant factors analyzed to them?
RQ2: Which factors significantly influence local acceptance of the construction of REPs?
How does this influence differ depending on the technology used (solar/wind)?
How does this influence differ depending on the acceptance type (Figure 1)?
To what extent, if any, does it make a difference whether it is asked about the importance or expectations regarding these factors?
Please refer to the related journal article for the references of the questionnaire items.
We removed incomplete data sets (less than 52% of the questionnaire completed), speeders, slow responders, and participants with clearly implausible responses, resulting in a total of n = 902 data sets for further analysis.
