The data includ soil data (heat flux measured by six soil heat flux plates, soil temperature measured at the depths of 0.9, 2.1, 4.5, 10, 25, and 50 cm, soil moisture measured at the depths of 2, 10, and 25 cm) and weather data. The code used to analyze the data was in Matlab Format.
