Feature-barcode matrices aggregated in Cell Ranger Aggr 4.0.0

The following datasets were mapped to Mus Musculus (mm10) reference genome<strong> </strong>and then aggregated with Cell Ranger 4.0.0 (without library depth normalization). The merged feature-barcode matrix is saved in the <strong>filtered_feature_bc_matrix.tar.gz</strong>. The aggregation metadata is saved in the <strong>aggregation.csv</strong>. The grouping conditions are provided in the <strong>condition.csv</strong> file. Additionally, we provide mouse cell cycle genes in the <strong>mouse_cell_cycle_genes.csv</strong> file.
