Sequencing of Aspergillus flavus isolates from geo-referenced Mississippi Delta corn fields

Examination of the Aspergillus flavus genetic diversity within the Mississippi Delta corn agroecosystem. A collection of A. flavus isolates from geo-referenced soil and grain samples were sequenced and assembled by mapping to the reference, annotated genome.
