To elucidate the mechanistic impact of PRDX family proteins on FSGS, we employed transcriptome sequencing of 6 mice kidney samples. 4358 differentially expressed genes were identified between the FSGS and control groups, with 2414 upregulated and 1944 downregulated. Overall design: Male Wistar rats in the model group underwent left unilateral nephrectomy during the first week. On postoperative days 7 and 28, adriamycin was administered via tail vein injection at doses of 5 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg, respectively. Control group rats received injections of an equal volume of normal saline. Finally, RNA sequencing analysis was performed on the kidney samples from the rats.
