Phlox drummondii genome assembly and gene annotation

The genome of Texas annual Phlox species Phlox drummondii was assembled with the aim of better understanding various evolutionary dynamics including speciation and demography. Gene annotations were produced from multi-tissue RNA-Seq data and processed using a stringtie/hisat2 and transdecoder pipeline.本研究完成了德克萨斯一年生福禄考（Phlox drummondii）的基因组组装，旨在更深入地解析包括物种形成与种群动态在内的多种进化动力学过程。 基因注释信息基于多组织RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据生成，并通过stringtie、hisat2与transdecoder分析流程完成处理。
