The data contains tuber yield data for 14 sweetpotato accessions phenotyped under irrigated (control) and drought conditions. The data was generated from field experiments carried out to evaluate the effect of drought and irrigation on the tuber yield of the fourteen sweetpotato accessions. The field experiment was laid in a randomised complete block design in three replicates per treatment. Irrigation was withdrawn at 103 days after planting to simulate drought for 6 weeks while the control was continuously irrigated. The data proffers information on the effect of climate change (drought) on the root -crop sweetpotato
by stating the yield of each accession under conditions of drought and irrigation and helps to identify the drought-tolerant accessions of sweet potato.
本数据集包含14份甘薯种质材料在灌溉(对照)与干旱胁迫条件下的块根产量表型数据。该数据集源自为评估干旱与灌溉处理对14份甘薯种质材料块根产量影响所开展的田间试验。该田间试验采用随机完全区组设计,每个处理设置3次生物学重复。试验于播种后103天停止灌溉,以模拟为期6周的干旱胁迫;对照组则持续保持灌溉。本数据集通过提供每份种质材料在干旱与灌溉条件下的产量数据,阐明了气候变化(干旱)对块根类作物甘薯的影响,同时可用于筛选鉴定耐旱甘薯种质材料。
