Structure output for rockhopper penguins (without location priors)

This file contains the structure input file (.str, .txt) and the plots (.html) generated for different values of <i>K</i> in Structure, using the filtered SNP dataset that contains All rockhopper penguin taxa together. This includes the northern rockhopper penguin (<i>E. moseleyi</i>), the western rockhopper penguin (<i>E. chrysocome</i>) and the eastern rockhopper penguin (<i>E. filholi</i>). Note these files were generated without location priors.本文件收纳了借助包含所有跳岩企鹅类群的过滤后单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）数据集，在STRUCTURE软件中针对不同K值生成的群体结构分析输入文件（格式为.str、.txt）与可视化绘图文件（格式为.html）。本次分析涵盖的类群包括北跳岩企鹅（E. moseleyi）、西跳岩企鹅（E. chrysocome）以及东跳岩企鹅（E. filholi）。请注意，本批次生成的所有文件均未使用位置先验信息。
