Temporal transcriptomic changes in murine granulosa cells at different timepoints after the start of a high-fat high-sugar diet in Swiss mice. This dataset contains the original lists of the GO term annotations and KEGG pathways that were find enriched after the Gene Set Enrichment Analyses. A REVIGO tool was used to create a reduced representation of the GO terms, and the results are also shown here in separate files.

本数据集记录了瑞士小鼠在启动高糖高脂饮食后，不同时间点其鼠源颗粒细胞的时序转录组变化特征。本数据集包含经基因集富集分析（Gene Set Enrichment Analysis, GSEA）筛选得到的显著富集的基因本体（Gene Ontology, GO）注释条目与京都基因与基因组百科全书（Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes, KEGG）通路的原始列表。此外，本数据集还包含使用REVIGO工具对GO术语进行精简后的结果，该结果同样以独立文件形式呈现。
