Growth-Form Classification of Species Used in Flammability Trait Analyses

This dataset supports the paper <i>Distribution of flammability-related traits in different fire regimes</i>. It includes the original species names as listed in the TRY database and the associated growth forms for each species.Species were classified into five growth-form categories: grass, geophyte/herb, shrub, shrub/tree, and tree, using information from Li and Prentice (2024) and Plants of the World Online (https://powo.science.kew.org/).
