Analysis of cell death in U2Os cells (live cell imaging)

In experiment "Analysis of cell death in U2Os cells (live cell imaging)" multiwell chambers of U2Os were observed using a Nikon Ti inverted epifluorescent microscope. Specific dyes were PI; TMRM; Hoecsht 33342; CellEvent. The resulting dataset consists of a 27G ND2 file在「U2OS细胞死亡分析（活细胞成像）」实验中，研究人员采用尼康（Nikon）Ti型倒置落射荧光显微镜对培养有U2OS细胞的多孔培养板进行成像观测。 本次实验所用的特异性荧光染料包括PI、TMRM、Hoechst 33342及CellEvent。 最终获得的数据集为单个27GB的ND2格式文件。
