Reproducibility data and code for Observed agreement is not decision portability: a typed evidence-authority audit of national renewable-energy priorities
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the rights-safe reproducibility package supporting the manuscript “Observed agreement is not decision portability: A typed evidence-authority audit of national renewable-energy priorities.” The study distinguishes retrospective cross-country recurrence from source-to-target decision authority. Stage I freezes a retrospective calibration corpus of 14 reports and 15 study units. Stage II contains three sequential outcome-blinded validation blocks with 25 exact technology relations. Context-blind transfer issued 11 certificates: four correct and seven incorrect (coverage 0.440; conditional agreement 0.364; false-portability rate 0.636). The criterion-resolved bounded rule issued no positive certificate across 13 applicable opportunities; this is reported as zero coverage and disciplined abstention, not predictive superiority. The package includes derived evidence registries, full-domain RASS representation records, frozen criterion-dependency and authority configurations, prediction and result locks, source-native replay records, relation-level validation outputs, Scopus title/abstract and purpose-driven acquisition audit records, protocols, analysis scripts, tests and file-level SHA-256 manifests. The Scopus component contains a frozen 1,363-record title/abstract universe. Of 251 full-text candidates, 110 received full-text-stage decisions across 13 dated batches; 49 were map eligible, 61 were excluded and 141 remained unassessed because exhaustive full-text census completion was not an objective. Acquisition ordering and stopping were documented but not preregistered. Later map-eligible records were not retroactively added to the already frozen Stage I calibration corpus. Copyrighted article PDFs, extracted article text, licensed Scopus exports, browser sessions, credentials and institutional-access artifacts are excluded. Original code and tests are licensed under MIT. Original derived data and documentation are licensed under CC BY 4.0, subject to the World Bank, IRENA/IRENASTAT and other third-party exceptions recorded in the package. The package is related to, but does not replace or revise, the prior Stage I reproducibility record at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23145110.
