A Scalable, High-Throughput Glue Perturbation Screening (GPS) Platform for Molecular Glue Discovery

This project focuses on the discovery and mechanistic characterization of novel molecular glue degraders targeting the ubiquitin-proteasome system. We utilized the DRUG-seq2 platform to perform high-throughput transcriptomic screening in wild-type and CRBN-knockout Hep3B cell lines. The data comprises three batches of sequencing results conducted on different dates to evaluate the pharmacological effects and target specificity of the compounds. This research aims to identify potent candidates for targeted protein degradation in cancer therapy.
