Soda, Slice, and Naylor (2016) data and code repository

This fileset contains the data and code used in Soda, Slice, and Naylor (2016). All data originates from a previous study, Naylor and Marcus (1994). In addition, it contains routines to process geometric morphometric descriptions of jaw series, to analyze the performance of linear discriminate function analysis, and to implement the method discussed in Naylor and Marcus (1994).本文件集包含Soda、Slice与Naylor（2016）研究中使用的全部数据与代码。所有数据均源自Naylor与Marcus（1994）的一项前期研究。此外，本文件集还包含用于处理颌骨序列几何形态测量学（geometric morphometric）描述、分析线性判别函数分析（linear discriminant function analysis）性能，以及实现Naylor与Marcus（1994）文中所述方法的程序例程。
