A gff file containing Petunia axillaris gene annotations v4.1 described in the paper "Identification of transcription factors controlling floral morphology in wild <em>Petunia</em> species with contrasting pollination syndromes" submitted to Plant Journal. The annotations for MADS-box, bHLH, MYB, aquaporin, color pathway and ubiquitin coding genes have been updated since v4.
