White Spruce NPP per tree and per ha averaged across a 15 year period (1993 to 2008)

This data set is derived from BNZ LTER inventory plots, where DBH of all trees is measured every 3 to 4 years, and increment changes in AG biomass are derived from allometric equations. Data included in this file were obtained from 1993, 1997, 2000, 2004 and 2008 inventories. Data are reported by diameter sizeclass (10 cm increments), and include NPP (averaged across all trees within each landscape and successional stage) expressed on a per tree (kg biomass/tree/year) and a per ha (kg biomass/ha/year) basis.

本数据集源自BNZ长期生态研究（Long-Term Ecological Research, LTER）样地，该样地内所有乔木的胸径（Diameter at Breast Height, DBH）每3至4年测量一次，地上生物量（Aboveground Biomass）的增量变化通过异速生长方程推导得出。本文件收录的数据取自1993、1997、2000、2004及2008年的生态调查。数据按径级（10cm级距）进行统计，包含净初级生产力（Net Primary Productivity, NPP），该指标为各景观单元与演替阶段内所有乔木的平均值，分别以单株生物量（单位：kg生物量/株/年）和单位面积生物量（单位：kg生物量/公顷/年）两种形式呈现。
