RNA-seq of RB1-biallelic inactivation mice and HCC cell lines treated with drug

To investigate the effect of RB1 biallelic inactivation on drug response, RNA-seq analysis was conducted on xenograft mouse models and HCC cell lines following drug treatment. Overall design: RNA-seq was performed on xenograft mouse tumors with RB1 biallelic inactivation and HCC cell lines under drug treatment and control conditions to investigate transcriptomic changes associated with RB1 loss and therapeutic response.
