RNA transcriptome sequencing of platelet in SFTS patients and SFTSV-infected mice

In this study, platelets isolated from 4 survival SFTS patients, 4 fatal SFTS patients, and 4 healthy donors, were performed mRNA sequencing. and platelets isolated from 3 SFTSV-infected C57BL/6 mouse, and 2 healthy contorl, were also performed mRNA sequencing. To promote understanding of the mechanisms of developing severe thrombocytopenia in SFTS patients, which would facilitate identifying novel target for designing new strategies of SFTS treatment.
