Business Processes in IT Asset Management Multimedia Event Log

The Business Processes in IT Asset Management Multimedia Event Log (Solve4X) dataset is a multimedia dataset for object-centric business process mining in IT asset management (ITAM). It encompasses 121 instances of IT asset management processes and their ground-truth annotations in 36 scripted video scenes. Each scene includes video recording from two angles, a process event log from an ITAM system, human motion tracking data (including pose, location in the room, walking speed and handling height), task mining log data from a web browser and various additional ambient sensor data (e.g., door and shelf openings, distance sensor). We additionally provide ground truth annotations for business process activity segments captured in the video data including segment time and duration, involved humans, IT assets, location and the corresponding business process instance type and ID.IT资产管理多媒体事件日志（Solve4X）数据集是面向IT资产管理（IT Asset Management，ITAM）领域以对象为中心的业务流程挖掘任务的专用多媒体数据集。该数据集共包含121个IT资产管理流程实例，以及36个脚本化视频场景对应的真值标注信息。每个场景均包含两路不同角度的视频录制素材、ITAM系统生成的流程事件日志、人体运动跟踪数据（涵盖人体姿态、室内位置、步行速度及操作高度）、网页浏览器导出的任务挖掘日志数据，以及各类额外的环境传感器数据（例如门与货架开合状态传感器、距离传感器）。此外，本数据集还为视频数据中捕获的业务流程活动片段提供了完整的真值标注，涵盖片段时间与时长、参与人员、涉及的IT资产、所在位置，以及对应的业务流程实例类型与ID。
