The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Grund – 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Ostrach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Reason – 1st change – only part of the text has been changed.

开发计划（BPL）包含针对城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的规定。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用计划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为奥斯特拉赫（Ostrach）市基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的「Grund——第一次修订版」开发计划。说明：本次为首次变更，仅对部分文本内容作出了调整。
