Taxonomic composition in species level of bacteria from coral tissues and environments

This database presents the compositions (in bacteria species level) that analyzed from raw reads of the 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequences. The taxonomic compositions were categorized as bacterial profiles in different health states of coral (Porites lutea) tissues and and environments. HH: healthy tissues from healthy corals; HP: healthy tissues from corals showing PPR; PP: pink tissues from corals showing PPR; RP: recovered tissues from corals with former PPR; SW: seawater and SD: sediments.
