VPRS 13862 PCB (Polychlorinated Biphenyls) Reports and Certificates

These reports are the result of analysis of oil, grease, dust and soil samples taken from mines and power stations, tested specifically for the presence of polychlorinated biphenyls.The information in the reports includes the date of the report, quote number, a report number prefixed with CSLV (Chemical Services Latrobe Valley), who the report was addressed to, subject of the report, report summary and signature of the person who completed the report. Attached are certificates titled "Certificate of Analysis Polychlorinated Biphenyls".
