C. jejuni and C. coli clinical isolates for amoxicillin/clavulanic acid susceptibility study. Campylobacter AMC resistance study

This study is about the identification of the main AMC resistance mechanism from multiple clinical isolates of C. jejuni and C. coli. In total, 4 C. coli isolated between 2017 and 2021 showed resistance to AMC and AMP, 6 C. coli were resistant to AMP and 4 C. coli were fully susceptible. A total of 11 AMP-R/AMC-S and 10 AMP-S/AMC-S C. jejuni clinical isolates were also selected.
