CATH protein domain classification (version 4.2)

CATH is a classification of protein structures downloaded from the Protein Data Bank. We group protein domains into superfamilies when there is sufficient evidence they have diverged from a common ancestor. The files contained in this dataset correspond to the version 4.2 release of the CATH classification.CATH是一套源自蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank）的蛋白质结构分类体系。当有充分证据表明多个蛋白质结构域源自共同祖先时，我们将其归为同一超家族。本数据集包含的文件对应CATH分类体系的4.2版本发布内容。
