endophytic bacteria in fresh maize

The research was based on fresh maize, isolated 35 endophytic bacteria with potential growth promoting such as nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilizing, potassium solubilizing and IAA secretion from he roots of sweet corns . Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium verticillioides was selected indicator organisms to test the antagonistic activity of the isolated strains.
