In this work, we investigated the role of p73 in the induced keratinocyte (iKC) model system described by Chen et al (PMID: 23921950) through RNA-seq analysis. In addition, we studied p63 genomic binding in HaCaT (immortalized human keratinocytes) and HCC1806 (human triple-negative breast cancer) cells through ChIP-seq analysis.
