MOTIVE AND MOTIVATION IN PSYCHOLOGY THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

Motivation is one of the central psychological mechanisms that determines human behavior and learning activity. This paper analyzes the concept of motive and motivation, their structure, classification, theoretical models, and their importance in the educational process. Special attention is given to classical and modern motivation theories and the role of teachers, family, and social environment in shaping students’ motivation.动机（Motivation）是支配人类行为与学习活动的核心心理机制之一。本文探析了动因（motive）与动机的概念内涵、结构体系、分类方式与理论模型，以及二者在教育进程中的重要价值。本文特别聚焦于经典与现代动机理论，以及教师、家庭与社会环境在塑造学生动机过程中所发挥的作用。
