Antiretroviral stockout

The ethical clearance was obtained from the Biomedical Research ethics committee of UKZN (BREC00002821/2021). Permission was sought and obtained from the Provincial Research Ethics Committee. Consent was obtained from the chief executive officer (CEOs/PHC) managers of the relevant institutions before any data was collected. The names of the clinics were protected to ensure confidentiality. Informed consent was obtained from participants before the commencement of individual interviews and focus group interviews. The anonymity of the participants was ensured by assigning pseudo names and codes.
