大华鸣笛智能抓拍系统基于声呐的声源定位技术和基于视频的车牌识别技术,对机动车鸣笛进行识别抓拍,并形成违法证据链。 方案基于国际先进的声源定位技术,自动排除刹车、引擎、胎噪、电动车喇叭等环境干扰,实时侦测车辆鸣笛声,精准定位鸣笛车辆,自动进行车牌识别、抓拍和车辆跟踪,实时生成图像、音频和视频证据,在线完成证据的上传和存储,助力交警快速、高效执法,给治理违法鸣笛提供数据支撑。 系统整体分为三部分:声学探头系统、车牌抓拍识别系统、后台执法联动系统。声学探头是一体化的声呐探头,利用声呐及相控阵技术,检测汽车鸣笛行为并定位。车牌抓拍识别子系统由高清摄像头和补光设备组成,在声学探头检测到汽车鸣笛后,抓拍鸣笛车辆的车牌号码。综合管控平台统一接入管理前端设备,实时接收违法记录以及违法合成图片,同时也能够对违法录像进行中心存储。违法上传平台能够将违法记录统一上传至违法审核平台进行审核。
The DaHua Intelligent Honking Capture System utilizes sonar-based sound source localization technology and video-based license plate recognition technology to identify and capture motor vehicle honking behaviors, and form evidence chains for such illegal acts.
Adopting internationally advanced sound source localization technology, this solution automatically eliminates environmental interference such as brake noise, engine noise, tire noise and electric vehicle horns. It detects vehicle honking sounds in real time, accurately locates the honking vehicles, automatically completes license plate recognition, capture and vehicle tracking, generates real-time image, audio and video evidence, and finishes online upload and storage of the evidence. This system helps traffic police carry out rapid and efficient law enforcement, and provides data support for the management of illegal honking.
The overall system is divided into three parts: the acoustic probe system, the license plate capture and recognition system, and the background law enforcement linkage system. The acoustic probe is an integrated sonar probe that uses sonar and phased array technology to detect and locate vehicle honking behaviors. The license plate capture and recognition subsystem is composed of high-definition cameras and fill-light equipment, which captures the license plate number of the honking vehicle after the acoustic probe detects a vehicle honking.
The comprehensive management and control platform uniformly accesses and manages front-end equipment, receives violation records and synthesized violation images in real time, and can also centrally store violation videos. The illegal record upload platform can uniformly upload violation records to the violation review platform for review.
