Measured median color properties of standard and virtual H&E images in HSV color space.

Standard H&E properties are measured from 10 ROIs from each of 65 whole slide images (prostate). Virtual H&E properties are measured from 2100 two-dimensional “optical sections” from 14 prostate specimens.标准苏木精-伊红（Hematoxylin-Eosin，H&E）染色属性，从65例前列腺全切片图像中每例的10个感兴趣区域（Region of Interest，ROI）测定得到。虚拟苏木精-伊红染色属性，从14例前列腺标本的2100张二维“光学切片”测定得到。
