Wechseljahre - Ein integrativer Blick auf biopsychosozial-ökologische & ökonomische Prozesse weiblicher Entwicklung im aktuellen Zeitgeist des 21. Jahrhunderts Menopause - An integrative look at biopsychosocial-ecological & economic processes of female development in the current zeitgeist of the 21st century

Diese Arbeit beschreibt die komplexen Einflussfaktoren, die auf Frauen im Mittleren Erwachsenenalter im deutschsprachigen Mitteleuropa während ihrer klimakterialen Zeit einwirken, anhand der im Integrativen Ansatz vertretenen Persönlichkeits- und Identitätstheorie der "fünf Säulen der Identität", unter Beizug des Konzepts des "Informierten Leibs" nach Petzold et al., sowie von sozialisations- und gendertheoretischen Ansätzen, entwicklungspsychologischen Aspekten und mit einem Überblick von erstmalig auftretenden, äußeren ökonomischen, ökologischen, historisch-kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Phänomenen der letzten hundert Jahre. Dabei werden Überlegungen zur therapeutischen Begleitung hinsichtlich der Identitätsarbeit und Persönlichkeitsweiterentwicklung bei biopsychosozial-ökologischen und ökonomischen Störungen in der Transitionsphase des Mittleren Lebensalters ("Wechsel-Jahre") von Frauen gestellt. This work describes the complex factors that impact on women in their middle adult age in German-speaking Central Europe during their perimenopausal phase, based on the personality theory and theory of the "Five Pillars of Identity" of Integrative Therapy, including the concept of the "Informed Body" according to Petzold et al., as well as socialization and gender theoretical approaches, developmental psychological aspects and an overview of the first time occurrance of external economic, ecological, historical, cultural and social phenomena of the last hundred years.
