资源简介:
The goals of this study are to analysis the potential regulatory roles in ox-LDL induced macrophage-derived foam cells by lncRNA. A total of 50688 mRNA and 1514 lncRNA were found, and including 51 lncRNAs and 1730 mRNAs were significantly dysregulated in the model group (p-adjust < 0.05 and |log2FC| > 2). Then the result of GO and KEGG pathways showed that this dysregulated genes were significantly enriched in molecular function and biological processes and they were associated cell proliferation, cell apoptosis and inflammatory response. Additionally, the results of the lncRNA-mRNA co-expression network showed that 15 mRNAs and 9 lncRNAs were identified as the key regulatory factors, which may play crucial roles in AS development. Especially, the lncRNAs, Brip1os, Gm15472, Gm16586, Gm20703, and AU020206 could be seen as the potential biomarkers in macrophage-derived foam cells. This study revealed the dysregulated lncRNAs and mRNAs in AS development and the lncRNAs, Brip1os, Gm15472, Gm16586, Gm20703, and AU020206 were identified as the key regulatory factors. The dysregulated genes may be consider as the potential diagnostic biomarkers of AS, and it needs more verification in future studies.
