This dataset contains processed single-cell RNA-seq count matrices generated for the study “LPAR5 restrains sepsis-induced immunosuppression through STING-mediated dendritic cell ferroptosis and an ISG⁺ cDC2 subset”. Spleen cells from wild-type sham, wild-type CLP, and DC-Lpar5−/− CLP mice were profiled using 10x Genomics single-cell 3′ RNA-seq. Gene-by-cell UMI count matrices after Cell Ranger processing, EmptyDrops cell calling, and quality control are provided for each library. These matrices were used for all downstream analyses reported in the manuscript (clustering, cell type annotation, differential expression, CellChat, AUCell, trajectory analysis, etc.). Raw FASTQ files are not available from the sequencing facility; therefore, only processed count matrices are archived here to enable independent re-analysis.
