资源简介:

This thesis examines how self-control, self-awareness, and risk attitudes shape the way people behave in digital and virtual worlds. It studies how individuals learn from feedback to better understand and manage screen time and social media use. It also explores how people respond to risk when facing high-stake challenges in immersive virtual-reality environments. Bridging behavioural economics and technology, the research highlights that knowing ourselves is the first step toward making wiser decisions in both the virtual and real worlds.
