Average anterograde IFT velocities (in μm/s ± SD) of KAP-1::GFP, OSM-3::GFP, CHE-13::GFP and DAF-10::GFP in wild type and mutant backgrounds. 野生型与突变体背景下,KAP-1::GFP、OSM-3::GFP、CHE-13::GFP及DAF-10::GFP的顺向纤毛内运输(anterograde intraflagellar transport, IFT)平均速率(单位:μm/s ± 标准差(Standard Deviation, SD))。与野生型动物的IFT速率相比存在统计学显著性差异的结果以*标记,与gpa-3QL(syIs25)动物的IFT速率相比存在统计学显著性差异的结果以#标记;上述标记对应的显著性水平为:***或###对应p≤0.001,**或##对应p≤0.005,*或#对应p≤0.01。统计分析采用单因素方差分析(ANOVA),随后进行邦费罗尼(Bonferroni)事后检验。N为所检测的IFT颗粒总数。uev-3及dlk-1突变无法抑制IFT相关缺陷。
