Bridging self-directed learning and competency in interdisciplinary teaching among STEM lecturers: How psychological capital connects

This dataset contains the raw and processed data used in the study titled "Bridging Self-directed Learning and Competency in Interdisciplinary Teaching Among STEM Lecturers: How Psychological Capital Connects." The data were collected through a structured questionnaire survey administered to STEM lecturers in China-Myanmar border universities.
