ISA (Infectious salmon anaemia) is a disease induce by a virus responsible of high mortality in Atlantic salmon. The objective of this study is to understand how salmon respond to ISAV in susceptible and resistant animals. The RNA-seq analysis was realyzed in the heart and kidney of each fish at three different timepoint (0, 7 and 14dpi).
