Intestine_ion count matrix

MALDI imaging mass spec data. Each data matrix contains spatial coordinates of each pixel (first two columns), Total ion count (third column), and raw ion counts for compounds (each column represents a compound). Data collected for small intestine from fasted mice (spatial metabolomics), JV-infused mice with stable isotope tracers (glutamine = gln; lactate = lact) and orally administered fructose (fruc). Each mouse is represented by a number in the file name. Letters (e.g., "A") that follow mouse number correspond to a separate tissue region from the same mouse.For compound ID (putative), refer to files "peaklist".
