This study aimed to investigate the effects of genetic variants and haplotypes in the renin–angiotensin system (RAS) on warfarin-induced bleeding complications at therapeutic international normalized ratios (INRs) among Korean patients with mechanical heart valve replacements.

本研究旨在探讨韩国机械心脏瓣膜置换术患者中，肾素-血管紧张素系统（renin–angiotensin system, RAS）的遗传变异与单体型，在治疗性国际标准化比值（international normalized ratios, INRs）条件下对华法林诱导出血并发症的影响。
