TracPETperf-D2-PhantomExperiments2
收藏资源简介:
The objective of this study was to perform a standard acquistion of dynamic PET perfusion measurements at the Turku PET centre using a dynamic test object (also known as a flow phantom). Images were acquired following the experimental protocol described in D2 of this project which is linked below. Once unzipped. there is a list of subfolders that are named using the convention SCANTYPE_PERCENTAGEFLOW_TOTALFLOW_FLOWINTUBE_RECONSTRUCTIONTYPE This naming convention describes and relates to some of the factors that we are varying in the experimental design protocol, specifically: SCANTYPE: type of scan; in the example “PT” stands for PET PERCENTAGEFLOW: percentage of flow going into the phantom main compartment; in the example, this value can be 20, 40, 60 or 80 %. TOTALFLOW: total flow rate set at the flow pump; in the example, it can be 150, 200 or 250 ml/min. FLOWINTUBE: the flow that goes into input tube as opposed to that going into the main compartment TOTALFLOW - COMPARTMENTFLOW RECONSTRUCTION TYPE: PET image reconstruction algorithm; in the example, it can be BSREM or OSEM Within each folder there is a dynamic sequence of images, stored as “.dcm” These images can be processed using the sofware tool provided in the GitLab repo with link below.
