DESY-HERA. Measurement of cross sections of charm production and charm contributions to the proton structure function in deep-inelastic positron-proton interactions. Charm events are tagged by D0 and D**- events. Kinematic range covered is Q**2 from 10 to 100 GeV**2, and y from 0.01 to 0.7. Numerical values supplied by K. Daum.
