Warp winding

After the location and direction of winding is set. The warp yarn is wounded around the poles. The winder makes a cross for every two ends on the poles on the winder's side. After crossing all the ends, the warp travels back round the poles and back again. This is done repeatedly until the desired numvber is achieved.在设定好卷绕的位置与方向后，将经纱（warp yarn）缠绕于各卷绕杆之上。络纱机（winder）会在其侧方的卷绕杆上，为每两根经纱完成一次交叉卷绕。待所有经纱均完成交叉操作后，经纱将再次环绕卷绕杆往返穿行。重复执行上述流程，直至达到预设的卷绕数量。
