Contents of tocols and retinoids in sheep milk and cheese samples from intensive and extensive commercial farms

Description The database contains the analytical results of the content expressed in µg/100 g corresponding to the high-performance liquid chromatography analysis of tocols and retinoids in sheep milk and cheese samples. The samples come from commercial farms with intensive management and commercial farms with extensive management. The total number of samples is 182. The database includes as categorical variables farm type, farm code, dairy food typet, and sample code indicating sample replicates performed at each farm. As analytical variables, dataset presents contents of α- and γ-tocopherol, α- and β-tocotrienol, and retinoids.
