This dataset focuses on perovskite solar cells, where two organic small molecules, 4-SA and 3-SA, are utilized for passivation treatment, with the pristine thin film as the control group. The thin films were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), and Ultraviolet-Visible Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-Vis). All spectral and image data were analyzed and processed using Origin software. Meanwhile, photovoltaic performance parameters of the cells were measured, including fill factor (FF), open-circuit voltage (Voc), short-circuit current (Jsc), power conversion efficiency (PCE) and external quantum efficiency (EQE). Among these parameters, FF, Voc, Jsc and PCE are displayed in box plots, while EQE is presented as efficiency-wavelength curves. The data were collected from April 2023 to December 2024 at Zhejiang University of Technology. This dataset includes Origin plotting files and TIF images, which are stored categorized by test type and sample, covering all characterization data and photovoltaic performance results. This dataset is fully shared, providing foundational data for researching the passivation mechanism of organic small molecules and analyzing their impacts on the electrical properties and spectral response of solar cells. It can be used for secondary processing and verification, contributing to optimizing the performance of perovskite solar cells and promoting relevant basic research and application development.
